Concessioning of Transnet Rail B-Network Line.

Description

Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager is seeking a bid for a property lease at a location specified in Annexure F. The concession tenure is also specified in Annexure F. The bidder must provide an operational model, B-Network maintenance plans, a security management plan, an emergency response plan, a detailed investment plan, and a discounted cash flow forecast.

Requirements

• Valid PSIRA company registration certificate required.
• Security service provider's firearm registration certificate required.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit required before bidding.
• Must be registered on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) before bidding.
• Valid Railway Safety Regulator certificate of compliance required.
• Railway Safety Permit required (where applicable).
• Water use permit required from Department of Water Affairs and Forestry (if applicable).
• Permit required for affecting buildings/structures older than 60 years (if applicable).
