Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites service providers to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the South African Sovereign Wealth Fund (SASWF) and the Pan-African Wealth Fund (PAWF). This project serves as a strategic development finance and G20 legacy initiative. The study requires a multidisciplinary approach covering legal, institutional, governance, financial, and economic assessments. Key deliverables include an inception report, a diagnostic report, and a final feasibility study, supported by technical briefings and policy materials. The project is expected to span approximately eight months. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in sovereign wealth funds, public finance, and infrastructure development.
