Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites proposals for the appointment of a service provider to deliver an Employee Wellness and Assistance Programme for a five-year period. The project covers approximately 800 employees and 40 graduates. Key deliverables include 24/7 confidential counselling in all 11 official languages, executive wellness management, annual wellness days, and targeted mental health and financial support. The provider must also offer line management training, digital platform access, and detailed quarterly reporting.
