Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) invites bids to produce two high-quality Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) induction videos. One video will focus on administrative environments, while the other will cover operational sites. The project includes full production services such as scripting, filming, professional voice-overs, editing, and branding. Each video must be under fifteen minutes long, produced in high-definition, and follow ATNS corporate branding guidelines. The work is to be completed for ATNS, with a submission deadline of 2 July 2026. Bidders must provide a portfolio of similar past work to demonstrate their experience in corporate video production.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
