Description

Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is seeking a service provider to deliver Annual Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) training over a three-year period. The project will take place in Johannesburg. The scope includes conducting three annual training sessions for approximately 150 participants in total, focusing on trauma support and resilience. Additionally, the provider must deliver a once-off, two-day training session for Human Factors Specialists and create editable training materials for internal use. Key deliverables include course content, attendee certificates, and access to a psychologist for critical incidents. The training must be practical and tailored to aviation operational requirements.
