The merSETA is seeking a service provider to perform Human Resource business process mapping, analysis, and redesign. This project aims to prepare the organization for the implementation of an automated Human Resource Information System. The work will take place over a 12-month period and involves analyzing HR operations, payroll, and training divisions to identify inefficiencies. Key deliverables include current and future-state process maps, detailed reports on system improvements, an implementation roadmap, and regular stakeholder engagement. The project requires a Lead Consultant with five years of experience and a Support Consultant with four years of experience, both holding NQF Level 7 qualifications in relevant fields.
