Description

Stellenbosch Municipality is inviting bids for the structural, mechanical, and electrical upgrade of 32 residential units in La Colline, Stellenbosch. The project includes removing asbestos roofing, repairing walls and floors, and upgrading plumbing and electrical systems. All materials must be SABS approved, and asbestos work must follow national safety regulations. The project is expected to take 18 months to complete.
