The scope of work includes winching sewer lines ranging from 200mm to 1050mm in diameter, disposing of silt and debris, and performing tasks in live sewer conditions. Contractors must provide their own equipment, including tow trucks with hydraulic winches (minimum 10-ton capacity), recovery vehicles, and support light delivery vehicles. The work will be performed across the municipality's jurisdiction. Digital records of operations, including GPS coordinates and disposal receipts, are required. The tender closing date is 16 October 2026. A compulsory clarification meeting was held on 15 September 2026. The municipality may appoint up to 60 contractors to the panel.
