The scope of work includes performing digital sewer surveys using push-through and pan-and-tilt cameras for various pipe diameters, as well as associated tasks like bush clearing, traffic control, and working in live sewer conditions. Deliverables include digital records compatible with municipal systems, featuring GPS coordinates and standardized defect coding. The municipality intends to appoint a panel of up to 40 contractors. Work allocation will be determined by an Allocation Committee based on performance and project magnitude. Bidders must note that the closing date is 09 October 2026. All submissions must include a signed copy of the issued Addendum to remain valid. This is a rate-based framework agreement rather than a fixed-sum contract.
