Contractors will be categorized based on their vehicle tank capacities, ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 litres. The project covers all zones within the eThekwini Municipality. Bidders must provide daily maintenance records, including digital photos and GPS coordinates. The final closing date for submissions is 16 October 2026. A maximum of 160 contractors may be appointed to the panel to ensure service coverage across the region.
