The Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA) is seeking an accredited Odoo partner to upgrade its Management Information System (MIS) from version 14 to the latest version. The work will be performed for INSETA and involves a full end-to-end migration of custom modules, configurations, integrations, and approximately 64 QWeb reports. Key deliverables include a technical audit, environment setup, code refactoring to the OWL 2 framework, data migration, and comprehensive testing. The project must be completed within five months of the contract start date, followed by 15 business days of hypercare support. Bidders must provide a detailed cost breakdown for each phase of the migration. The project is expected to be completed by early 2027.

- Valid SANAS accredited B-BBEE certificate or DTI Sworn Affidavit
- Joint Venture agreement and consolidated B-BBEE certificate if applicable
