The KwaZulu-Natal Legislature is seeking a service provider for the licensing, maintenance, and support of its existing Sage ERP system and integrated third-party sub-systems. This project covers the Sage 200 Evolution finance modules, Sage 300 People HR and payroll modules, and the GovERP portal. The successful bidder will provide technical support, system upgrades, and staff training over a 60-month period. Key deliverables include maintaining real-time system integrations, managing software licenses, and operating a formal service desk. The work will be performed for the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature based in Pietermaritzburg.
