The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) invites service providers to tender for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of their Certification and Verification Systems (CVS) and Apprentice Certification System. The work will take place at the QCTO offices in Hatfield, Pretoria. Key deliverables include system defect resolution, software enhancements, source code management, technical documentation updates, and skills transfer to internal QCTO developers. The systems are built on C# .NET, ASP.NET Razor Pages, and Microsoft SQL Server. A compulsory site inspection is scheduled for 23 September 2026, and the final submission deadline is 28 September 2026 at 11:00.
