Description

The South African Weather Service (SAWS) is seeking a service provider to manage a comprehensive Employee Assistance and Wellness Programme for approximately 500 staff members nationwide. The project will run for a duration of three years. Key deliverables include 24/7 professional counselling, mental health support, stress management workshops, and the facilitation of annual Wellness Days. The provider must also conduct occupational health risk assessments, provide executive health checks, and deliver regular performance reports. The service must be available across all nine provinces in South Africa.   • Valid practicing licenses for all required health professionals
  • Proof of national footprint in all 9 provinces
  • Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
  • Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
