Description

Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (TRIM) is seeking a service provider for the Provision of Rail Network Protection Services (RNPS) within the Central Corridor. The project covers a 12-month period and aims to secure critical rail infrastructure across Gauteng, Northwest, and parts of the Free State and Northern Cape. The scope includes daily security deployments, incident response, crime management, and community engagement. Key deliverables involve the deployment of armed and unarmed personnel, K9 units, drone teams, and tactical vehicles to protect 2,818 km of rail network, including substations and depots.   • SAPS Criminal Clearance Certificates for all directors (under 6 months old)
  • SAPS firearm competency certificates and proof of 257 registered firearms
  • Valid Performing Animal Protection Act (PAPAA) licenses for Gauteng and Northwest
  • Proof of premises and SAPS-approved armory in the Central Corridor
  • Valid drone operational certifications (RPL, RLA, ROC, ASL)
  • Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN and CSD registration
