Description

The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) is seeking a service provider to develop a B-BBEE strategy and provide advisory services over a 12-month period. The work will be performed for the NLC. Key deliverables include conducting a B-BBEE gap analysis, creating a 5-year B-BBEE strategy, facilitating workshops, providing skills transfer, and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports. The service provider must also assist with verification and audit files. Bidders must demonstrate relevant company experience and provide a project manager with expertise in B-BBEE implementation. The tender closes on 25 September 2026 at 11:00. The project is evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.
