The HWSETA is seeking a service provider for the provision of outsourced internal audit services. The work will be conducted across various HWSETA offices, including the Johannesburg head office, Durban, Cape Town, East London, Mafikeng, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, Kimberly, and Polokwane. The successful bidder will be responsible for developing risk-based three-year and annual audit plans, conducting audits on core operations, supply chain management, IT security, and payroll, and providing regular reports to the Audit Committee and Board. The project is estimated to require 6,500 hours of work over a three-year cycle. Key deliverables include audit planning memorandums, detailed audit findings, monthly progress reports, and an annual conclusion on the status of internal controls and governance.
