The South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) invites service providers to design, build, install, and dismantle an exhibition stand for the Nutrition Congress. The event will take place from 7 to 9 October 2026 at the Wanderers Club in Johannesburg. The project includes producing fabric graphics, supplying furniture, and managing electrical setups. The provider must handle all transportation, assembly during the build-up period on 6 October, and removal after the event concludes on 9 October. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the stand meets all venue health and safety standards.
