South African Tourism has issued a Request for Proposal (SAT 349/26) to appoint a panel of up to three service providers for the design, construction, and management of international exhibition stands. The contract duration is 36 months. The scope includes end-to-end exhibition services such as stand design, manufacturing, logistics, on-site technical support, and the provision of audio-visual equipment for major international tourism events. These events include the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, IBTM World in Barcelona, IMEX America in Las Vegas, IMEX Frankfurt, ITB Berlin, and the World Travel Market in London. Bidders must provide a modular, sustainable, and cost-effective solution that aligns with South African Tourism’s corporate identity. The project requires a detailed pricing schedule and a draft Service Level Agreement. All work must be completed to a high professional standard, with ongoing performance evaluations throughout the contract period.
