The Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) invites bids for the design, construction, and management of an exhibition stand at the AWSISA Africa & Global South Water & Sanitation Dialogue. The event will take place at the Durban International Convention Centre from 23 to 26 November 2026. The selected service provider must manage the entire process, including sourcing the exhibition space, creating 3D designs, building the structure, and handling all logistics such as transportation, electrical connections, and on-site support. Key deliverables include a custom-built stand with reception counters, lockable storage, high-quality branding, LED screens, furniture, and raised flooring. The service provider is also responsible for the setup and final breakdown of the exhibition area.
