Description

The Musina Local Municipality invites bids for the establishment of a mixed-use township on the Farm Messina 4-MT in Limpopo. The project involves a multi-disciplinary team responsible for land surveying, environmental impact assessments, geotechnical studies, and infrastructure reporting. Key deliverables include an approved layout plan, Surveyor General diagrams, and the final registration of the township with the Deeds Registry. The project is expected to span 11 months. The lead service provider must be a Town and Regional Planner, supported by a team of professional land surveyors, civil engineers, and environmental practitioners. All work must comply with SPLUMA and municipal by-laws to ensure successful development near the Musina CBD and the N1 corridor.
