Description

The Musina Local Municipality is seeking a professional service provider to develop an Urban Regeneration and Revitalization Strategy for the Musina CBD and surrounding areas. The project aims to improve infrastructure, stimulate economic growth, enhance housing, and foster community engagement. Key focus areas include the existing CBD, public transport facilities, and the Musina Airport precinct. The successful bidder must deliver a comprehensive strategic plan, including infrastructure budgets, investment policies, and a 3D model of the CBD. The project is expected to be completed within a 24-month period starting in the 2026/27 financial year.
