The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites proposals for a Leadership Development Learning Facility to support the National Treasury Cities Support Programme. Services will be delivered over a 48-month period across Tshwane and eight metropolitan municipalities. The project operates on a drawdown assignment basis, requiring fixed pricing for the four-year duration.

- UIF registration — Registration with the Unemployment Insurance Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
