Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites proposals for a Leadership Development Learning Facility to support the National Treasury Cities Support Programme. The project involves providing specialist facilitation, designing leadership programmes, hosting executive events, and producing knowledge case studies. Services will be delivered over a 48-month period across Tshwane and eight metropolitan municipalities. Key deliverables include annual workplans, executive leadership events, peer learning exchanges, and eight case studies. Bidders must provide a team of experts with practical experience in South African public service and metropolitan government management. The project operates on a drawdown assignment basis, requiring fixed pricing for the four-year duration.
