The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites professional service providers to review and update its Delegation of Authority Framework and Master Delegation Matrix. The project involves analyzing current governance structures, benchmarking against industry standards, identifying operational gaps, and redesigning the framework to improve decision-making efficiency. The successful bidder will also be responsible for developing an implementation guide and conducting training sessions for key stakeholders. This project is expected to be completed within four months of the contract signing. The work will be managed by the DBSA, and all findings must be presented to the Board and Executive Committee. Interested parties must attend a compulsory briefing session on 3 July 2026 via Microsoft Teams. The final deadline for all proposal submissions is 17 July 2026.
