Description

The South African State Theatre is seeking a service provider to manage the collection, refilling, and delivery of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and various refrigerant gases. This contract will run for a period of thirty-six months. The work involves supplying specific quantities of gas cylinders for the kitchen, loading bay, and cooling systems, as well as handling the logistics of transporting these materials to the theatre located at 320 Pretorius Street, Pretoria. The successful bidder must ensure all gas bottles are maintained and replaced as needed upon approval. This tender is issued by the South African State Theatre to ensure the continuous operation of their facilities.

  • Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Must provide a valid SARS tax compliance pin
  • Must be registered with CIPC
  • Must hold a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
  • Must provide proof of registration and good standing with COIDA
