Description

The Marine Living Resource Fund (MLRF) is seeking a service provider to deliver co-sourced internal audit services for a three-year period. The work will be based in Cape Town. Key deliverables include developing strategic and risk-based audit plans, performing audits according to Institute of Internal Auditors standards, and evaluating governance and risk management processes. The provider must also assist with Audit Committee administration, coordinate with assurance providers, and implement a skills transfer plan for the in-house team. The project requires an estimated 3,000 hours of work per year. The service provider will report findings and management action plans to the Director-General and the Audit Committee.
