Description

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) invites service providers to tender for the implementation, maintenance, and support of an Internal Audit System (IAS). The project will be based at ICASA’s head office in Centurion. The successful bidder will be responsible for installing the software, migrating data, and providing training to 12 internal auditors and 40 business managers. The contract duration is five years, with an initial implementation phase of four weeks. Key deliverables include a project inception report, a fully configured and tested system, user training, and ongoing operational support. Bidders must demonstrate previous experience in IAS implementation and provide five contactable references from the last five years. The project must comply with Global Internal Auditing Standards and POPIA regulations.
