Makhado Municipality has issued three tenders. The first is for the long-term commercial development and lease of a portion of the farm Bergvliet 288-Is for 75 years. The second is for the supply and delivery of a 1MVA 22/11kv transformer. The third is for the maintenance of a 10MVA 66/22kv transformer located at the Levubu Substation. All work will take place within the Makhado municipal area. Bids must be valid for 90 days after the closing dates, which are 06 July 2026 for the electrical projects and 16 July 2026 for the land lease.
