- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Must hold OEM accreditation for Siemens, Syntell, or TYCO controllers
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)

- Must hold valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum R2 million)
- Must have valid COIDA registration
- Must provide proof of CIPC company registration
- Must provide proof of good standing with municipal utility accounts
- Must attend the compulsory briefing session
