Description

The Msunduzi Municipality invites tenders for a panel of service providers to maintain traffic signal infrastructure. Work includes repairs, installations, and emergency responses to signal failures within the municipal area. The contract spans three years on an as-needed basis. Key tasks involve maintaining controllers, LED modules, cabling, and traffic signal poles, while ensuring compliance with national road and electrical standards.   • Minimum CIDB grading of 2EB/EP or higher
  • Team Leader must hold valid Trade Test and Wireman's Licence
  • Must hold OEM accreditation for Siemens, Syntell, or TYCO controllers
  • Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Must hold valid SARS Tax Clearance Pin
  • Must hold valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum R2 million)
  • Must have valid COIDA registration
  • Must provide proof of CIPC company registration
  • Must provide proof of good standing with municipal utility accounts
  • Must attend the compulsory briefing session
