The National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) invites bids for office renovations at their uMzimkhulu location. The project includes the supply and installation of wooden doors, partitions, gypsum ceilings, and security burglar bars. Additionally, the scope covers painting 600 square meters of office space, installing aluminium skirting, T8 fluorescent lighting, and constructing two parking bays using corrugated iron and tubing pipes. The contractor is also responsible for site cleaning and rubble removal. Upon completion, the service provider must deliver an Electrical Certificate of Compliance, an Occupational Health and Safety certificate, and a glazing certificate. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications provided in the tender documentation.
