Description

The merSETA invites service providers to submit quotations for the development and implementation of an Employee Recognition Framework. The project involves creating a project plan, conducting stakeholder consultations, performing a current-state assessment, and benchmarking. The successful bidder will draft the framework, develop a communication and change management strategy, and execute the official launch of the program. Work will be conducted for the merSETA, with both in-person and online engagement required. Bidders must provide a detailed, phase-based pricing structure that includes all travel and accommodation expenses. The project must be completed according to the specifications provided by merSETA.
