The Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC) is seeking a service provider to supply and manage a hosted PABX telephony solution for 74 users. The project includes Microsoft Teams integration, VoIP capabilities, and the provision of 74 desktop instruments and headsets. The work will take place in South Africa and requires the implementation of a redundant Session Border Controller and SIP trunking services. The contract duration is 62 months, consisting of a 2-month implementation phase followed by 60 months of support and maintenance. Key deliverables include network readiness assessments, emergency call handling, call recording, and end-user training. The project aims to modernize the organization's communication infrastructure while ensuring full compliance with POPIA and RICA regulations.
