The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) is seeking a service provider to develop an enterprise-wide Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Strategy and Framework. The project aims to create a governed system for managing physical and electronic records across their lifecycle. Key tasks include assessing the current content landscape, defining a technology roadmap, establishing security and privacy frameworks, and ensuring compliance with NARSSA standards. The successful bidder will also deliver four practical ECM use cases and provide training and change management support. This is a six-month assignment. All deliverables must be practical, auditable, and provided in editable formats. The project requires a team of five specialized professionals, including an ECM Programme Manager, Records Management Specialist, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and Application Specialist.

- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
