The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) is seeking an Organisational Change Management (OCM) Managed Service Provider for its Ticketing Programme. The project will take place over a 26-week period, consisting of an initial 12-week execution phase followed by 14 weeks for knowledge transfer and project close-out. The service provider will be responsible for change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communication planning, training roadmaps, and adoption monitoring. Key deliverables include the establishment of a change champion network, risk mitigation strategies, and the handover of all methodologies and templates to PRASA. The work requires a team of experienced professionals, including a Programme Manager, a Change Management Lead, and a Training Lead, all with specific industry experience and relevant academic qualifications.
