Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) invites accredited training providers to deliver Business English, Professional Writing, and Artificial Intelligence training. The project will run for three years on an as-and-when-required basis. Training must be conducted in person at the service provider's own facilities located in both Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal. Key deliverables include instructor-led classroom sessions, provision of all learning materials, conducting assessments, issuing certificates of competence, and submitting post-training reports. The training covers grammar, professional correspondence, and practical AI applications for business. Proposals must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date of 27 July 2026.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Training facilities located in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal
- Reference letter for similar training projects completed within the last 7 years
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
