ATNS is seeking a service provider to supply, install, and maintain a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Network Time Protocol (NTP) synchronisation system. The project aims to replace obsolete equipment and establish new time-keeping infrastructure across various Air Traffic Management and Control sites in South Africa. The system must ensure high accuracy and reliability for a 15-year lifecycle. Key deliverables include the supply of hardware such as GPS antennas, NTP servers, routers, and switches, alongside comprehensive project management, testing, and training. The contractor will be responsible for a 12-month Period of Beneficial Use followed by a long-term maintenance and support phase. The project requires strict adherence to technical specifications, including redundancy and security protocols, and all documentation must be submitted in English.
