Description

The Small Enterprise Development and Finance Agency (SEDFA) is seeking an outsourced treasury service provider to manage and optimize surplus cash investments. The contract will run for a period of three years. The successful bidder will be responsible for designing treasury policies, managing cash flows, implementing investment strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key deliverables include monthly and quarterly performance reporting, risk management, and ongoing advisory services. The work will be based at the SEDFA Head Office in Centurion. Bidders must demonstrate significant experience in managing institutional fixed-income mandates and possess the capacity to handle large-scale cash management.
