Description

The Afrikaans Language Museum and Monument (ATM) in Paarl is seeking a professional Project Manager for a three-year contract. The successful bidder will oversee capital works, infrastructure maintenance, and electrical upgrades at the monument, museum, and amphitheatre. Key duties include managing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with the Government Immovable Asset Management Act (GIAMA), developing asset management plans, and handling procurement processes. Applicants must hold a relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as engineering, architecture, or project management, and possess at least five years of experience in infrastructure project management.
