The Vaal-Orange Catchment Management Agency (VOCMA) invites bids for the provision of laboratory services to conduct water quality analysis over a 36-month period. The scope includes testing surface, ground, and wastewater samples, as well as soil and leachate, across Gauteng, the Free State, and the Northern Cape. Key deliverables include providing analytical results within 5 working days for routine samples and 3 working days for emergency samples. The service provider must also supply all necessary sample containers and preservatives. Additionally, the contractor must provide expert reports and affidavits for legal prosecution purposes. Results must be submitted in both PDF and electronic formats compatible with the VOCMA Water Management System. The successful bidder must maintain a fully functional laboratory presence in the specified regions and ensure all raw data is retained for five years post-contract.
