Description

The Vaal-Orange Catchment Management Agency (VOCMA) is seeking a professional service provider to manage organisational change and staff integration. The project involves moving employees from the Department of Water and Sanitation to VOCMA. The successful bidder will lead 19 workstreams, including change strategy, leadership alignment, policy integration, and employee engagement. The project will take place over a 12-month period. Bidders must provide a team of specialists with specific academic qualifications and extensive experience in organisational development, human resources, and communications. The service provider must also demonstrate a track record of completing at least three similar public-sector transformation projects.
