The Kumnkani Mhlontlo Local Municipality is seeking to appoint a panel of four law firms to provide legal services for a period of three years. The successful firms will assist the municipality with litigation, debt recovery, labour relations, contract interpretation, and legislative drafting. The work will be performed for the municipality based in Qumbu. Key deliverables include providing expert legal advice, handling civil and administrative litigation, and conducting credible legal research. Lead attorneys must possess at least five years of post-admission experience in their specific fields of law. Bidders must demonstrate the necessary infrastructure and professional capacity to support municipal operations throughout the contract duration.

- Valid SARS tax compliance status
- Valid B-BBEE certificate
- Relevant professional registrations (e.g., Law Society, Fidelity Fund Certificate)
- Lead attorneys must hold relevant professional qualifications and CVs
- Proof of three similar past project references
