The eDumbe Local Municipality is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers to deliver professional legal and forensic investigation services. This contract will span a period of 36 months. The scope of work includes property law, labour litigation, drafting of municipal policies, debt collection, and conducting forensic investigations into fraud, corruption, and financial mismanagement. Successful firms will also be expected to provide skills transfer to the municipal in-house legal team. The work will be performed on an as-needed basis, with specific assignments managed through a quotation process. The municipality requires firms to demonstrate expertise across various legal fields, including high court litigation and corporate governance. The closing date for all submissions is 22 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. All appointed service providers must enter into a formal service level agreement within 30 days of their appointment.

- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
