SANParks is seeking a service provider to conduct a mini-work-study for specific job roles to assist with grading and job titling. The project involves reviewing existing job descriptions, conducting stakeholder interviews, performing task analysis, and benchmarking roles. The work covers three job categories affecting 99 employees. Key deliverables include an inception report, evidence packs for each role, a consolidated management report, and finalized role profiles. The project is expected to be completed within 8 weeks. This work will take place at SANParks facilities.
