Description

The Nama Khoi Local Municipality invites service providers to conduct Customer Awareness Skills Training for 24 employees. The training focuses on improving communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement. The program must align with SAQA Unit Standards 114959 and 114974. The work will take place in Springbok over a five-day period, and training must commence within two weeks of the appointment. The provider must supply all learning materials and issue Services SETA certificates to successful delegates. A Portfolio of Evidence must be submitted within 30 days of the program start. All travel and delivery costs must be included in the final price.
