Description

The Chemical Industries Education and Training Authority (CHIETA) is seeking an ICT service provider to supply and manage internet solutions for three Smart Skills Centres located in the Free State, Northern Cape, and Gauteng. The project requires a 100Mbps fibre or microwave connection, managed security firewalls, and specific network hardware including switches, access points, and cabinets for each site. The contract duration is two years, starting in March 2027, with all hardware becoming CHIETA property upon completion. The service provider must ensure all systems are fully commissioned by 5 March 2027. The tender is issued by CHIETA and requires a premium service level agreement for the duration of the contract.
