The South African State Theatre is seeking a service provider to conduct in-person video editing training for five employees. The training will take place in Pretoria and must cover essential skills such as post-production workflows, multi-camera editing, audio syncing, colour grading, and title creation. The provider is responsible for delivering the training and supplying meals for the attendees. Upon completion, the provider must issue certificates of attendance to all participants. The project aims to enhance the technical capabilities of the theatre staff through professional instruction.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Must be a registered Skills Development Provider (SDP)
- Must hold valid QCTO accreditation
- Must hold valid MICT SETA accreditation for the training programme
- Provide two contactable references for similar services under 5 years old
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide valid SARS tax compliance pin
- Must provide valid proof of COIDA compliance
