Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) is seeking a service provider for high-level network and server support. The contract covers both physical and cloud-based infrastructure for a period of 24 months. Key deliverables include managing routers, switches, firewalls, and server environments, including Azure and Active Directory. The provider must perform weekly health checks, provide 20 hours of monthly support, and offer 60 days of annual on-site assistance. The work will primarily support TIKZN operations, requiring a partnership or presence in the Gauteng region for ad hoc needs.
