Description

The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) is inviting service providers to submit quotations for the supply, installation, and maintenance of coffee and tea machines. The successful bidder will provide two commercial-grade machines—one for 20 people and one for 100 people—along with a consistent supply of beverages and consumables such as coffee beans, tea, sugar, milk, and disposable cups. The contract will run for a period of 24 months. The service provider is responsible for weekly preventive maintenance, sanitization, and emergency repairs within a 4 to 24-hour response window. The work will take place at QCTO office locations. Bidders must attend a compulsory site briefing to understand the specific requirements. The service provider must ensure 95% machine uptime and manage stock levels to prevent shortages throughout the two-year contract period.
