Description

The Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) is seeking proposals from service providers for integrated event management services. The work will be performed on an as-and-when-required basis until 31 March 2030. Key deliverables include venue sourcing, hybrid conference management, technical and audio-visual support, event branding, media and PR management, digital production, logistics, catering, and awards/decor management. Bidders must demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in event management. The project requires a dedicated team, including a Lead Event Manager, an Event Specialist, and a PR Specialist, each with at least 3 years of relevant experience and specific NQF level 6 qualifications. A compulsory briefing session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 18 September 2026. All proposals must be submitted by 11:00 on 05 October 2026.
