The ETDP SETA is seeking to appoint a panel of up to six marketing and communication agencies to provide services on a national scale until 2030. The work involves developing marketing strategies, brand identity, digital marketing, campaign and event management, content development, media buying, and monitoring and evaluation. Agencies must also provide specialized services such as sign language interpretation and braille production. The project is based in South Africa. Bidders must have at least five years of experience and provide evidence of technical resources and media relationships. The deadline for submissions is 07 July 2026 at 11h00.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Registered with ACA or MASA
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Proof of Public Liability Insurance
- Three signed client reference letters from the past five years
- Signed reference letter confirming experience in sign language services
- Bank statement showing a positive balance of at least R500,000
